My name is Josh, I started running my Junior Year in High school. I first started in Cross Country wanting to try something new, I really liked the sport, as an Athlete I was always looking to do better every meet. After every race in Cross Country season I set a new personal record each time. During the winter after Cross Country season, I kept training everyday to prepare for Track Season, I train hard to get the performance I want. I rarely take days off, I train seven days a week unless my coach tells me not too. I would consider myself a really dedicated Student-Athlete, I work hard in school to maintain good grades, and also work hard in my training. I am currently interested in studying Political Science. Dedication is what it takes.
