I am excited to begin my experience at a Division I University. I am committed to earning the best grades possible because I know this is a critical part of being a collegiate student-athlete. I also see academics as an opportunity to strengthen my mind and benefit my athletic goals.
I would make a great addition to any program that is built on a foundation of doing the little things. I bring a work ethic that will lend itself to achieving high goals. I am eager to join a program where I will be challenged by some of the best runners in the country. I know this is the only way to eventually become one of the best runners just like my teammates. I aspire to be a collegiate champion and to help a team win a collegiate national championship before I graduate.
I bring positive energy and focus that has inspired past teammates from my club team and high school team. I have learned how to find a way to turn every part of my life into a vehicle to achieve my goals. I believe I will bring an example of hard work and dedication that is uncommon and that will raise the level of performance of any team that I join.
