Liberty H.S. 1600...Personal Statement
I would be so grateful for the opportunity to continue doing what I love which is why my goal for college is to be a great track and cross country athlete. Running cross country and track makes me push myself to be my best so I would like to experience what the competition is like on a collegiate level. What makes me different from others is my potential: considering that I just started my running career when I started high school last year, I know I can continue to get better and better. Academically, I was in one honors class freshman year. Currently in my Junior year, I am striving to improve in sports and, most importantly, my grades. I know that running would enhance my college experience while also giving me a better understanding of this sport. This is why I am working so hard towards this goal and would love the chance to show potential college coaches what I am capable of.

- Race went good. Considering I started took a week off to get better and started practice on Tuesday of this week after being sick and running only 25.34 this week not including the race. Ran 20:29.68 for the 5,000 meters with an elevation of 220ft.
