I believe that I would be a good candidate because I am the type of person who is always pushing himself, and his team to always do better. My last season of track I actually did really good, and every year I have been improving my times. One way I have shown that I push my team was in my sophomore in High School we had bad coaching staff. The coaches did not seem committed, and two out of four of them we fresh out of High School. I stepped up and I helped some of my teammates by teaching some of them how to do hurdles, and I would make them practice with me to make sure they were prepared for competition. I feel I am different because of all the time and dedication I put into always getting better, and by showing the improvements in my time.
