I ran in a time of 18:35.9 for the 5,000 meters Division 1 Varsity Boys and finished my season ranked #6 in the metro league conference and ranked at #2 combined only with seniors in the metro league conference.   • 9th-10th: 45 miles weekly, total season miles: 670(9th), 712(10th) | 11th: 55-62 miles weekly, total season miles: 886 | 12th: 58-64 miles weekly, total season miles: a 987. - Workouts: 1200m repeats x 5, 800m repeats x 6-8, 400m repeats x 10-12, 20 min tempo intervals at comfortably hard pace, hill sprints x 10-14, circuit strength-building training, mile repeats, "Indian Run" workout: 10-15 runners run in a line, each runner stays behind the runner whos in front of them and runners must stick to the front line runner's pace, the last runner in the line needs to sprint up to the front of line, once runner's up in the front, last runner in the back sprints up to front, (repeatedly).

Nutrition Status: Maintaining a strict healthy diet, 2,600 Cals a day, 85g of protein a day, lots of dietary fiber, pasta x 2 a week, whole grains foods, fruit/veggies, 2.7 liters of water a day, pre-workout gels, greens foods. Most amount of miles in a single off season individual training: 902 miles
