Grant Shupp '23 Recruiting Profile

The thing that makes me stand out from the rest is how determined I can be at achieving my goals in sports. In general I aim for the highest but I take it step by step trying to not rush but carefully and precisely make my way to the top, for instance, I had a part time sales job this year and I quickly rose to be the top salesman in the entire company. My formula: I listen to my coach/boss learn the program and work it until it starts working for me and paying dividends. I consider myself to be kind, respectful, and humble. In terms of my academics, I have. B average. It doesn't matter to me if I'm the smartest or the most talented, I pride myself on working the hardest and not giving up!

I volunteer at my church every week in various capacities, have a heart for helping other kids, and I completed my blackbelt in Taekwondo when I was 11. 

I have also started a mall business this year doing custom sneaker paint designs. I'm excited to see where that leads as I have had a a number of satisfied customers and beginning to work on on referrals and marketing for that business.
