Personal Statement

My name is Dustin Ownbey and I am from Delta, Colorado. Currently I am starting my Senior Year with a 3.95 GPA, in the top 5%, and with 4 college/AP classes in my schedule.  On the athletic side of things I am a Team Captain in both Track and Cross Country.  I have been on the Varsity team every year for both sports.  Academics and getting a good education are the most important aspects I am looking for in a school.  Running is a big part of my life and I hope to continue running competitively at a collegiate level.
