My collegiate goal is to win an NCAA championship in Pole Vault, I can promise you that you won't find an athlete more dedicated to his sport, both physically and mentally, than me. While I started Pole Vaulting at the end of my freshman year, there's never been any doubt in my mind this was what I wanted to do. Whether it's working out during the offseason or jumping from January to August with no wish for a break, I'm constantly working to improve both my physical abilities and my understanding of the sport I love. During the first half of this past season, my fellow Pole Vaulter's were left without a coach, and even though I had my private coach to fall back on, I took it upon myself to coach them. That's the individual I am, and the teammate I strive to be.
