Gage Knoll '17 Recruiting Profile

My name is Gage Knoll and I'm 5' 9" 140lb. I am a track and cross country runner and have been since middle school. I have been a varsity runner in both track and cross country since freshman year. I am a hard worker and always willing to except criticism to make myself better, and never afraid to ask questions. I'm always involved in a sport except for in the summer, but have band all year round. I've learned that being a trumpet player in band can help increase my lung capacity and that every time I play I'm training for track and cross country.  I became interested in running when I was young because my mom is a runner and she encouraged me to run as well. I currently hold records for track and cross country in both middle school and high school. I believe I would contribute immensely to any track or cross country team that allows me the honor to run for them.
