Tevin Person '11 Recruiting Profile

My name is Tevin Person and I am a very outgoing athlete. I am 5'7, 145lbs, and my 40 yard dash speed is a 4.5. The most important accomplishment was when I earned my way to being put in my right grade.I got held back in 2nd grade and when I got to the 8th grade they said that if I keep my grades up for two semesters with A's and B's that they would move me up to my right grade and thats what I did because I believe in doing whatever it takes to get the job done,even if it means sacrificing some things. I believe that I have a lot to offer to a team. I am a very dedicated, outgoing, a hard worker, a leader, and a team player.I believe in myself and the team and as a result I push myself hard as well as the other team members.I am very goal driven so I try to set a lot of goals because thats what drives me and keeps me motivated.I am undecided about the exact school that I want to attend but I do know that I want to go to a school thats in the south and offers a good music progrram because I love music and I plan to have a music career. My education is very important to me. I do believe that I will qualify for financial aid because my family currently recieves a medical card and food stamps. I currently recieve SSI and I am also an IEP student. I have not yet applied for FAFSA but I will be doing so at the beginning of my Senior year in August. When I enroll in college I desire to major in Music because that is something that is very important to me and it is apart of me. My goals as an athlete are to play at the highest levels possible, to become a team captain, to start as a Freshman, and to be such a team player that I make an impact on the team.
