Personal Statement
As I high school track athlete, I strive to be better than what has been presented to me. Every goal or task that I set for myself or that is requested of me either gets accomplished or beat, period. Going in to my senior year I had one goal in mind and that was to be the fastest kid in the State of Illinois. After setting that goal, it was accomplished mid season with a 100m time of 10.49. With my expectations higher than ever and everyones eyes wide, I plan on taking the State meet by storm. I want to walk home knowing that everything I did was done to the best of my ability and with absolute max effort. I hope to jump to new distances and sprint faster than ever before on May 26th, 2012. With those accomplishments I want to take my talents to the next level. Where is that next step for me? The door is still open and my college search is still in the process. I want to be a music business major and hopefully one day be a music producer out on the west coast. Hopefully this can all be accomplished in the near future at YOUR college! Thanks!
