I am a multi-sport athlete that competes in cross country, swimming, and track. I am intrested in competing in college as a distance runner. In my opinion, running is more of a mental sport than anything, if you're in the wrong mindset, you are not going run well, but if you are, great things can happen. Also, your teammates have a big effect on your performance, if your teammates are picking you up and making you a better person, your mindset will be better. I strive to be the teammate who is always lifting other people up and making their day a little bit better.
