Daniel Richardson '13 Recruiting Profile

Some of my athletic short term goals are:

• Go to the state competition in my selected events (100 meter, 200 meter, 4x100 relay, 4x200 relay)
• Improve my times
• Graduate from high school
• Find a college where I run track and fullfill my educational goals

Some of my long term goals are:

• Obtain a religious education to become a minister
• Have a successful track career while in college
• Use the educaton and life skills I obtain while in college to help others in my chosen profession

While I only began running track my junior year, I have two years of varsity experience and I am continuing to improve. In track I have found a sport which I have become passionate about and enjoy not only the physical aspects but also the mental achievements I continually see in myself. I have had a remarkable coach who has helped me grow on and off the track. He has been a mentor and a positive influence in my life.

I hope to be able to use and better my skills on a collegiate team while obtaining an education.
