Personal Statement
There is so much that I would like to do. When I recently went on a tour of Butler Campus I knew that my future career would be to merge my love for throwing with the desire to pursue a career in Engineering and Computer Sciences.
I realized that I have the drive to work hard so, that I could achieve the rewarding goal of doing what I loved with a degree that will someday allow me to be a FBI agent.
I realized that by choosing such a career, I could possible help others. However, to achieve such a outstanding goal would take an immense amount of time and dedication to my studies as well as athletics.
Realizing this helped me keep the dedication that I have needed over the years to stay strong in academics while also not denying the hard work of my Track and Field goals. For my main goal in life is to graduate at the top of my class, and to improve my technique as a discus thrower. In order to do this it will take much learning and dedication. I believe, with the help of a good university, I will learn the skills that will make others throughout the world gain confidence in my skills learned through my hard work.
Whatever becomes of me and wherever I happen to go, I know that I will do my utmost to make the world and our future a better place for many.
