Personal Statement

I am aiming to be the best runner I can possibly be as well as trying to get into division I in my freshmen year. And in the collegiate level I am going to challenge myself to beat college PB's.  I also want to take part in the 800m and 400m races in the Olympics.

I used to play team sports and over the years I have learnt how to work as a team and how to triumph as a team. I know how being left out feels and how it affects your morals. Therefore, I will not leave anyone out and will always bring a positive vibe into training. Encouraging, people to train harder and work together more efficiently.

  • I have just started to specify into 800m running. E.G 10 reps by 100m 100 by 2 200m by 1 repeat twice. I would go for long warm ups and cool downs, ensuring i stretch carefully as you strain your muscles a lot during intensive exercise.
