Cameron Leonard '18 Recruiting Profile

I am a very hard-working and conscientious individual, and whether it's in track and cross country or in the classroom, I always put in 100%.  I'm a very coachable athlete, making every practice with a willingness to work hard and improve, and being a team leader, I encourage others to do the same.  I have strong PR's in distances from the mile in track, up to the 5k in XC, and I continue to improve each season.  Academically, I am as diligent as in athletics, and I challenge myself in my classes and always make sure to get my schoolwork done without procrastination.  My grades reflect my effort, as they are A's, and I'm determined to keep them that way.  After my four years at Central Catholic, I would love to run track and cross country at a strong collegiate program where I can be a contributor and continue to strengthen my academic and athletic values.
