Winter 2012/13Personal Statement
In the beginning of my life I wasn't really into any sports besides Martial Arts, but then I was introduced to Track and Field. Instantly I fell in love with the sport because its not like all the others. To me it is almost like many sports into one, you can compete in different events that require different skill sets like strength, technique, speed. This is one of the reasons that I dream of going to the olympics because this isn't just a sport to me, it is apart of me, it is my calling to become something extraordinary.
