Personal Statement
I would like to compete at the highest level I am able to, while also attending an excellent academic school. I believe that my academics are very strong and set me apart from other athletes who have had similar times to me. My history of improvement with each season demonstrates my work ethic. I was injured for nearly all of my freshman season which made it so I wasn't able to improve for the season, however, once I was fully healthy I was able to improve my PR from 24:04(freshman xc) to 18:23(sophomore xc).
