Personal Statement
Academically driven with a passion for competing, I pride myself on my determination and my sportsmanship. I'm an energetic team player with an enthusiasm for running and for learning. I plan on studying either Pre-Law or Architecture in college, balancing my studies with my love of running. I maintain a 3.9 GPA and am a proud member of the National Honor Society and other academic clubs and organizations.
I have a solid moral character and great leadership skills. I am hard-working and personable, and I enjoy being part of a team. I set high goals for myself and I hold myself accountable in reaching those goals. I push myself so that I am constantly improving. My positive outlook and my strong work ethic - both academic and athletic - will make me a great addition to a collegiate XC/Track team.
