Personal Statement
Dedicated and diligent, what I lack in raw talent I make up through lots of hard work. Having now received All State honors in XC, I am eargly anticipating the upcoming indoor and outdoor track seasons.
I look forward to pursuing competitive athletics at the college level.

- This past summer I received one on one sessions with a professional trainer and triathlon runner named Ryan Rau. He helped me become more efficient with my running form and it has helped dramatically. About the same time he was providing me with this training, he came in 4th place in the Pro Division at the Raleigh 70.3 ironman with a time of 4:06:55.
