- Saginaw Striders is a running club based in Saginaw, MI. Both middle and high school students work with qualified coaches from around the area to continue to develop their running skills. Practices are held at Saginaw Valley State University's indoor track, the Ryder Center, and are held four days a week. Athletes participate in indoor track meets across the state during the winter months.

- NAU and Flagstaff were great places to run. I enjoyed learning new techniques and making new friends and connections. I especially enjoyed the guest speakers and learned many new things about leadership that I took back to my team. I also got to meet Olympians Nico Young and Hobbs Kessler who were there training for the Olympics.
