I am a results driven athlete willing to put in the work necessary for improvement. I keep my goals and asperations high to always give myself something to strive for. I am an adaptable athlete willing to try new things, I am mainly a sprinter during the track season, but I do cross country in the fall to stay in shape and continue doing what love. This track season is my 2nd year for both Long jump and Hurdles. I ended this season with a 20ft. 4in. Long jump at our 4A section meet placing me 3rd overall which was almost a 2ft. improvement from last season. I started taking Hurdles more seriously this season and ended with a 45.53 at the section meet which was a 5 second improvement from the previous season. Alongside both of these I also worked with sprinting and ran the 4x200m and the open 200m. I made a 2.9 second improvement from my previous season in the open 200m running a 24.22 at the section meet. I hope to go to state next season in Long jump by getting at least the qualifying mark of 20ft. 11in. and I hope to further improve my times in Hurdles and Sprinting by focusing in more on the technical side of the event. My main goal is to keep doing what I love which is Track and Field and I hope to achieve this by running in college.
