One of my workout...Personal Statement
I love running! I have been running since I was 6 years old and started running for my school in 7th grade. I hope to continue my running career throughout college, potentially professionally. I know what it is going take to become the best I can possibly be and I am willing to put in the hard work necessary to achieve my goals. I strive to be successful in the classroom and on the track. I would be lost without running and I want more than anything to run at the next level.

- I've competed and trained with my team since 7th grade. I have always trained extra outside of practice.

- I always push myself when I am training. I have always gave best effort. I also have always did extra outside of practice. For example in MS cross country we had 4 mile runs 3-4 times a week I always chose to run 5 or 6. I want to be the best at what I do.
