When I think of sports in college I think of a way to essentially get paid to go to college through sports. Sports scholarships will provide for me to go to college to aspire to what I want to be and do for the rest of my life and I take that very seriously. I am a very hard worker and once I have started a project or a goal I will not give up until that goal is achieved or surpassed. I would say that I have a different background from most recruits, prior to entering high school my father and I embarked on a cross country bike ride which originated in San Francisco and came to an end in Yorktown, the whole journey took us 48 days. Also in my athletic endeavors I have won 5 state championships, one in cross country which I started at the beginning of my junior year, with a time of 17:16 on a very difficult state course and the 10th best time in Nevada on that course. In regards to Track and Field I have 4 state championship titles, 2 in the 1600m and 2 in the 3200m. Academically I take college classes along with my high school classes and plan on having my associates degree before I finish high school.
