Personal Statement

I believe I'm a great candidate for any team due to the fact that I am hard working, dedicated, and a positive role model to my teammates. As captain of my team, I am expected to represent my high school in a class matter, be a positive influence, and show my passion for running itself. Cross country and track has made me the person I am today, both physically and mentally. I couldn't imagine myself doing anything else. Each season motivates me more to be the best I can be. I am eager to find a school that brings out the best in me, both academically and athletically, and I am willing to do whatever it takes to accomplish my goals in college.
