Personal Statement

Success comes from within. Success can't come with out hard work. Work is the basis of everything that comes with it. I am about 5'8" and weigh 155 lbs. My most outstanding attributes are the 100 and 200 meter dashs ,but I am also a very good add to the 4x400 relay. I have been a team captin since my sophmore year. I enjoy working hard. I train all year around and once season starts I work on all my events and usually stay at the track until 7 every night. I have dreamed of running track in college and experience the best track athletes the world has to offer. I am open to any school and hope to have the opportunity to run as soon as possible. My goals for this season are to overcome the injury I endured last year and win state in at least 2 events and hopefully beat the state record in the 200 meter dash set by Curtis Beach.
