Hi my name is Dylan Davis, I'm a junior at Frewsburg Central School, I compete for the Frewsburg Track and Field team as well as the Cross Country team. I started out my track season running a 6:20 for the 1600m and over the course of 1 track season, I was able to drop my time to a 4:49.95 for the 1600m, my goal for when i'm a senior is to beat my school record of 4:13.8. I intend to make this goal by training really hard and having a great attitude about all my workouts. I intend to do every practice to my best ability and run my meets my hardest to get that pr. In Cross Country i started off my first season(2017) running a 18:43 for my very first race. As I kept pushing myself in our practices I then started running way better and got my time down in the low 17's and high 16's. I am also placed 4 in 10 in my class for which means I have a very good chance at running in states. I would like to go to college and study homeland security. I think I'm a good candidate for a college team because I'm always pushing myself to do my best and I always have a great attitude. If you pick me for your team I could prove to you that I am a great runner and think that I would be worth your time.
As of 11/3/17 I made placed 7th at sectionals and made the 5th seat in individuals for states.
