My name is Connor Bain. I am currently a Junior at West Forsyth High School in Clemmons North Carolina. I have been involved with sports from a young age. I participated in Taekwondo for 8 years where I competed at the National level where I was a 2 time Bronze medalist. I pursued running in the 9th grade. I participate in cross country and Track & Field. I currently run the 5k, 3200, 1600, 1000, and 800. Since I began running, I am consistently dropping my times. As a student athlete, I am always working hard to be the best that I can be. I am hardworking, dependable, and coachable. I always do what my coaches and teachers recommend and I rarely miss practice. I enjoy being apart of a team and encouraging my teammates.
I have a passion for running and want to run at the collegiate level. I want to push myself and continue to drop my running times. I want to major in French and Francophone Studies with a minor in International Relations as I aspire to pursue a career as a translator.
