Hello, Im Jasel Im a 5'9 Hurdler/Sprinter from Ontario,Canada. I currently attend Xavier University and was recruited here, but am looking for another school to continue my track career. I have been running track for 6 years and I have already made it to state finals for XC and Track & Field for my event (400m hurdles). Ive been to provincials finals three times. 2 for track and field and 1 for cross country. My goal is to run a 53.00 in 400m hurdles by the end of the year. This year I'm hoping to win provinciaIs I know I can do it at the rate I'm training everyday and my time just keeps getting better.
