Matthew Saxe '20 Recruiting Profile

Since I was young, I knew i wanted to be an architect or engineer. I loved to draw, build things, and come up with creative designs. However, it was not until freshman year when I began to really enjoy the world of athletics. I joined my school's track and field team in eight grade, but really became interested in track and field in ninth grade. Since then, I have shaped my life to do the best I can do at everything I do, whether it be in the classroom, on the track, or elsewhere. I like to challenge myself, and am always striving to be better than the day before. My passions include basketball, weight lifting, javelin, and as of recently, entrepreneurship. I am hoping to find the right college that allows me to pursue my academic and athletic goals.
