Dear Coach,

My name is Sebastian Marquez-Ferber, and I am a 16-year-old junior at Central Bucks South High School in Warrington, PA. I believe my dedication, work ethic, and performance in mid-distance events would make me a valuable addition to a Team.

I had run competitively since the age of eight with the Ambler Olympic Club and fully understand the commitment, discipline, and effort required to excel in both cross country and track. At my high school, I have earned multiple varsity letters:
- 9th grade: Outdoor Track
- 10th & 11th grade: Cross Country, Indoor Track, Outdoor Track

My recent achievements include:
- AAU Junior Olympics qualifier (800m, 1500m) 2024
- Cross Country State qualifier (Hershey, PA) 2024
- Indoor Track State qualifier (Mile, Penn State) 2025
- Nike Nationals auto-qualifier (Mile – 4:19.36) 2025

Additionally, I was honored as MVP for my cross country team this academic year. Below are some of my personal bests:
- 400m Indoor: 50.38 (OTT Center, Philadelphia – Jan 19, 2025)
- 800m Indoor: 1:57.16 (TFCAofGP Last Chance Meet – Feb 7, 2025)
- Mile Indoor: 4:19.36 (Kristian Marche Memorial Invitational – Feb 23, 2025)
- Cross Country 5K: 16:12.20 (PIAA District 1 Championships – Oct 25, 2024)
- 800m Outdoor: 1:52.83 (North Penn Open)-March 29, 2025

My current goal is to qualify for the Outdoor Track State Championships, and I am fortunate to have two dedicated coaches who are deeply invested in both my development and our team’s success.
