My name is Ryen Ridgill. I’m a track & field athlete for Lakewood High School. To simply put it, I love track and field. Over the past three years, being a track and field student-athlete has taught me life lessons that have molded me into the young man and student-athlete I am today. I have learned how to persevere, have patience, and maintain integrity and endurance on and off the track. With the guidance of God, my family, and the work that I am committed to doing. I will make the dream of running at the collegiate level an obtainable reality and strive to significantly impact any program I am blessed to be a part of, whether it’s on or off the track.
