About Trinity Brady (Athletics):
I am a Varsity Track & Cross-Country runner; I have been doing both of the sports for about 6 years. My 8th grade year I started to wrestle to aid in the building of fast-twitch muscles, and found myself to be a very hard worker and very coach-able. In all of my athletics, I am constantly improving by a grand margin, and I know that there is a lot of work yet to be done.
About My Daily life:
I live in the Black Hills in South Dakota, living in this area I have the opportunity to be outside and experience things, such as hiking, trail riding (bikes or running), fishing, etc. I spend a lot of time outside; one of my favorite things to do is hiking and seeing the open world around you. Sometimes, when there is snow outside, I enjoy snowboarding and sledding.
Dreams:
I have always been interested in the way the human body works, and this is actually something that I would consider going into. I would like to study biology or Pre-meds and apply this to either athletes or sports in general. A side-Dream I have always had is being a professional athlete and then coaching or giving advice to younger athletes wanting to better themselves. I have always wanted to help people and I think that these are good options.
What makes me a good candidate for your team?
Throughout my athletic career, I have always been told that I have a good attitude towards everything. Additionally I have been told that I am a hard worker that is always striving to be better, and that I am willing to put in the work for it. Some of the qualities that I possess would include; a hard worker, a very coach-able athlete, determined, and a leader. All 3 years of high school, I have been a captain on both my cross-country team and my track team, and I am told that I am a good role model and a great teammate.
What makes me different?
I have put in a lot of work whether its for athletics or academics and there is still more that I can do. I have been to many different camps trying to better myself in every different way. Something that i have noticed throughout my career is that everyone can be a team player, but when it comes to track which is an individual sport you have to be able to hold yourself accountable which I think I am very good at.
