Russell Calais '10 Recruiting Profile

My names Russell Calais Jr. im 5 feet 9 inches tall i weigh 155 pounds, i run the 40 yard dash in 4.6 seconds and i also run the 300 hurdles in 38 seconds, 400 meter hurdles in 57.6 seconds, and 110 meter high hurdles in 15.3 seconds. My greatist accomplishment so far has been winning district champ in the hurdles 2 years in a row, but my goal is to win in the top 3 in the state before i graduate. I can offer a team leadership i was a team captain for 2 years so far and i work very hard and i am very dedicated to everything i do. I am open to all and any college right now. I would like to major in kineseology. My future goals are to first of all graduate high school with honors and then get a scholarship or get accepted to a good college and run track for that school, then hopefully become pro in track.
