Alex Abalos '15 Recruiting Profile

It's just a characteristic of mine, to have the need to be a part of a team. The reason I joined track was particularly because I haven't yet found something I was completely in love with. Sophomore year, I joined track, and ever since then I've devoted my complete attention to my team and the sport. We don't announce team captains, but I played the role as one. As far as athleticism, there's always room for improvement and three people (my mother and coaches) have made it apparent to never be satisfied with what I've accomplished. And with regards to academics, I am not the smartest out there, but I continue to push myself, as for I am enrolled into higher leveled classes. My grades are decent, but I'd rather push myself than be content in a regular class.
