Luke Campbell '20 Recruiting Profile

For as long as I can remember, I have wanted to fly.  I mean literally fly.   From bouncing off my bed when I was young to jumping off the roof onto a trampoline when I was in middle school.   I have always been energetic and enthusiastic.  I look at things with a spark of humor, knowing to not take myself too seriously.  When I discovered pole vaulting in my Junior year it felt like I had discovered my license to fly.  I was driven to get stronger and jump higher.  I figured out quickly what a physical and mental game vaulting  is.  I am striving to be the best I can possible be.

My inspiration comes from my mom.  I watched her  go through cancer twice.  She endured the treatments and never gave up.   If my mom can do this, I can achieve anything I put my mind to.
