Hello, my name is Lord Odonkor and I am a Senior in high school. I've been running since 10th grade and have enjoyed every moment of it. Running for a college has always been my ultimate goal since I started track and field. Many runners and other athletes I looked up to have all been recruited by amazing institutions. This has inspired me to perform my best to one day join them.
As a person, I am serious and mature and always strive to be the best person I can be off and on the track. Being an immature person was never my thing because I know that if I were a childish person, I will never be able to succeed in anything I do. In track, I consider myself a team player because I enjoy encouraging my teammates and helping them not only to be better runners but to be stronger people.
When I am at school, getting exceptional grades and maintaining a high GPA is consistently key for me. I always want to maintain a high GPA in school because I know that colleges look at your grades first before they see you as an athlete.
When I enter a university, I want the institution to be the best fit for my needs. I want to excel academically and athletically, but most importantly, in a college where everyone is respected and everyone treats each other like family.
