I’ve been a team leader since my freshman year in high school being one of the top runners at my school that year. I’ve always encouraged my teammates whether it be about grades, or if they need help with something. I understand that I need to work hard to reach what I want, and nothing is handed to me. I’m very uplifting and love working with others which has probably helped me excel in sports and academics.
