I have had a dream to go to college and compete in track and field for a very long time. I am a hurdler, jumper, sprinter, and pretty much anything else my coach asks of me! I had a season ending injury in my first race as a sophmore and didn't race again that season. So I have been very careful with how I warm up and work out. Starting January of my junior year when I was finally able to run track again and worked real hard to have success my junior year. My junior year I was the 2012 5A Utah State Champion in the 300 meter hurdles, took second in the 110 meter hurdles, and competed with my schools 1600 meter relay team. I was named the Team MVP, was awarded All-State and All-region awards and was invited to the Great South-West National Track Meet to represent my state. I am a very motivated student-athlete and would love any opportunity to compete at the next level. I work very hard on the track, field, and classroom.
