Personal Statement
My collegiate goals and aspirations are to excel, both in the classroom and on the court at a very competitive and outstanding academic school. I am a good candidate for any collegiate school because I am a true competitor in everything I do, and I try to lead as much as I can for any team I am on. I hold myself to a standard off the court to do things the right way and not to take any shortcuts in the classroom. I feel that there is no reason to be in the classroom if you aren't doing your best and applying yourself.
I am unique and different from other recruits my age because I set very high standards for myself and always continue to work until I have reached my goals. Once those expectations have been reached, I set new ones to continue to push myself and get better. I am not the biggest guy around, but currently as a 6'3 sophomore with great speed and athleticism, I have tremendous upside and potential at my fingertips. My passion is basketball, but I also play football and run track; I believe playing these sports will help me become more explosive and more physical each and every year.
