My name is Kolby Demory and I want to run and compete in Division I Cross Country/Track & Field. I’m fairly new to the sport, picking it up my freshman year and struggling with it at first. But, after some serious dedication and coaching I’ve begun to improve exponentially and have PR’d in almost all my races this year so far. I want to bring my competitiveness and heart to your program in the fall of 2019.
