Personal Statement

My parents brought me up to work hard. I was taught at a young age that life didn't come easy. I give my full effort in everything that I do, and that is the reason that I am successful. Whether it is in school or on the track, my focus is on the task at hand. I love the sport of track and field. To see progress is an amazing feeling, but the only way to progress is through hard work. So I dedicate efforts to track, putting in extra time that others aren't. I am a good candidate for the team because you will not find anyone who works harder than me. In college, I will work my way to the top. I have only been doing the sport since my sophomore year. I have improved an incredible amount, and I have a long ways to go.

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
