Personal Statement


I am a 5'8" cross country and track runner from Port Orchard, WA. I have been competitively running for 6 years and will graduate in the class of 2013, and I was apart of the fastest 4x400 relay team in the nation my freshman year. 

 

I am looking for a college that has a very strong physics and chemistry program that I can excel in. I am looking for a school that can balance my college athletics with the classroom. I am pursuing a college that has a "homey" feel with a great atmosphere. I am willing to travel anywhere for the college that will fit my needs well. I am also looking for financial aid during the college recruiting process as my college career is moderately dependent on scholarships both academic and athletic. I want to continue running in college where I can excel in my abilities as an athlete and complete my college education.
