William Lawler '22 Recruiting Profile

          My name is William Lawler, class of 2022.  I am a 6’2’ setter from Huntington Beach, CA. I currently set for Huntington Beach High School and Balboa Bay 17 Blue.   My possible majors and programs in which I could continue my studies after high school include:  Business, Marketing, Political Science and Kinesiology. I would love to further my education and continue my volleyball career while competing at a four year university.

          I have played on Balboa’s top teams since I was 12 years old. I have played at the highest level every club season.  I thrive on competition and am used to competing in many tournament finals, such as the Boys Holiday Classic, Regional Qualifier and Junior Nationals.  Through these competitive experiences, I have gained a high volleyball IQ.  I am a quick learner, have a growth mindset and no one will out work me in practice.
