Personal Statement
I'm very passionate about volleyball and would love to pursue it at a high level, while attending a school with rigorous academics. I believe I'm a good fit for the outside and opposite positions because I enjoy the challenges that come with both positions. Specifically, I enjoy the challenges that each has, as they both are different making me a hard worker to conquer them. As a natural leader being the captain of both my club team with my teammate Jack Bunch and my high school team with Paya Vatanshenas I show that I try to lead others. I am very supportive of others and like to help in any way I can. That being said, I'm a driven and hardworking individual who will always give 100% and I expect the same commitment from my teammates. Thanks to my hard work, I have improved so much since the beginning of this year and I can't wait to see the level I will be playing at the end of high school!
I'm just as passionate about academics as I am about volleyball. My interests in math and science draws me to business and architecture. Problem solving and teamwork are facets common to both business, and architecture. This may explain my interests in volleyball, architecture, and business.
