ALOHA! My name is Cade Nakao and I am a junior at Mililani High School on the island of Oahu, Hawaii. I currently maintain a 4.0 GPA and excel in the areas of math and science. I aspire to earn (at the very least) a Bachelor's degree while hopefully playing competitive collegiate volleyball. I am enrolled in two AP courses this year (Biology and Physics). I have been a member of my school's Key Club for the past three years which has allowed me to volunteer for various community service activities. I was fortunate to make my school's varsity volleyball team since my freshman year as an outside hitter/defensive specialist.
I have been playing club volleyball for six years now. I am member of Spike and Serve Volleyball Club's 16s team. Our teams have been highly competitive in the open division and I have enjoyed playing with and against the best at all BJNC qualifiers and national tournaments. In 2019, we finished 5th in the 15s Open division.
Teachers and coaches describe me as responsible, reliable, respectful, hard working, determined, focused, teachable, and a great student/teammate. I am looking for a school that will both challenge me and help me grow academically, athletically and as a young man. I am open to all types of schools; big or small, east or west.
I am excited about the recruiting process. Please contact the Spike and Serve Volleyball Club director Kevin Wong (808.266.0132 or email@example.com) for any additional information. Hope to hear from you soon! Mahalo for reading!
