I play for Smash Volleyball Club in New England on the top 16s boys team and have been playing competitively since the eighth grade. I have dedicated myself to the sport playing outdoors and on my school's varsity team the year I started playing. As a student-athlete, I believe the "student" part comes first and is the most crucial aspect of competitive high school sports. I plan on playing at the highest level of volleyball that I can, while also performing in the classroom. As a sophomore, I am currently enrolled in two AP courses, one being Computer Science Principles as CS is the career I want to pursue in the future. Helping others on and off the court is one of my dad's values that I want to project to my teammates and peers. Being able to uplift others around me and them wanting to follow me is what I can consider a real leader.
