Personal Statement

I haven't played volleyball my entire life, but what I lack in the number of years spent playing the sport, I make up for in my skills, academics, attitude, and drive. Since beginning playing volleyball, I've busted my butt at every practice, game, and workout session to improve and find any ways I can be made better. Through all of this, I prioritize the STUDENT in STUDENT-ATHLETE, by diligently completing my schoolwork and doing all that I can to learn. On top of all this, I am always willing to recognize my challenges, fix them, and support my teammates in even dire situations.
