My name is Nicolas Espinoza and I'm a volleyball player. I take the IB and am a very open-minded and adaptable person, being the son of a father that is in the military moving around was very common allowing me to experience diversity opening new perspectives, I was molded into an athlete that works hard even if it doesn't look like an opportunity for success striving while helping others on the way, with these qualities I am very coachable and learn very quickly compared to others because I want to become better and able to compete with the best and be an example for my little brother. I participate in a volleyball service where HS students from AISJ help teach local kids in South Africa how to play volleyball. I won the MVP award for the Goliath Cup (a tournament hosted by our school) and participated in the annual Volleyball ISSEA tournament (International Schools Of Southern and Eastern Africa) and was elected as an ISSEA All-Star. I ended up with the Most Valuable Player award for the Varsity Boys Volleyball Team and I only plan to achieve greater. I have very good timing and hit any ball no matter the set quality, I have a nice leap and adjust very nicely in the air able to make quick in air decisions. If you recruit me I will hope to be pushed to my limits forcing me to develop and succeed, further evolving your team.
