Elder vs Moeller ...Ohio State Region...Personal Statement
I have been playing volleyball since 2nd grade. My lifelong dream has been to play Division I volleyball in college and then possibly play professionally and/or represent our country in the Olympics one day. I am currently ranked #4 in my class at Elder High School with a 4.85 GPA, and I am in the honors program at Elder as well. I was the youngest player to make the USAV BSA1 Select team and competed in the national championship in Ft. Lauderdale in July 2019. I not only love to play volleyball, but I also enjoy watching it with my dad (Men's and Women's). He is also a girls high school volleyball coach. I even enjoy going to his practices and helping him run drills. I am not 100% sure what I want to major in yet, but I am interested in computer science and chemistry.

- Due to the craziness that happened with COVID-19 - my high school JV team never had the chance to compete. My coach has assembled a team to compete in this tournament in Orlando this summer. Our team name is Cincy Panthers, and we will be registered under club Tri-State Elite.

- I attended the Loyola Men's Volleyball High School Prep camp. One day of skills training in small groups on 3 courts while utilizing video replay, DataVolley, and other tech to give the boys a taste for the type of training that takes place at the highest level of Division-I Men's Volleyball.

My quarter averages were: Q1 97.29, Q2 98.00, Q3 97.29, Q4 97.14. My end of year unweighted GPA was 97.607 and my weighted GPA was 135.631. I achieved straight A's and first honors every quarter in my Freshman year in High School. At the end of 2nd quarter I was #1/184 and at the end of 4th quarter I finished #4/184. My quarter averages were: Q1 96.86, Q2 97.14, Q3 97.00, Q4 97.71. My end of year unweighted GPA was 97.429 and my weighted GPA was 133.274. At my 8th grade graduation I received the following awards/scholarships: Highest Average in Math, President's Award for educational Excellence, First Honors all quarters, PTO Spirit Scholarship & the Boomerang award.
